Nahyr Garcés Escudero, operating under the Living CDMX brand, engaged in the management of rental properties in Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide to us, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), which governs this notice.

Data we collect

Through this site's contact form we collect only:

• Name
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• Email address
• The property or type of rental you're interested in and any message you choose to send us

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Purposes

Your data is used to:

• Respond to your request for information about rental properties
• Contact you by WhatsApp, phone, or email to follow up on your inquiry
• Keep an internal record of requests received

Secondarily, and only if you do not object, we may send you information about newly available properties similar to the one you asked about.

Transfers

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored in processing services (email and spreadsheets) used exclusively for the purposes described above.

ARCO rights

Under the LFPDPPP, you may at any time exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Objection (known as ARCO rights), as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to estrategiadigitalmexico20@gmail.com. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
